Audits can be a formality, tick box exercise for yearly compliance or a useful, informative tool to maintain and improve standards and daily working practices.

Food Safety Audits

A detailed audit of your premises, standards, processes, procedures, systems and documentation will identify gaps and areas of non-compliance

Evaluation of working practices to assess compliance with corporate standards and current food safety management systems

The hygiene and food safety processes will be evaluated with legislation, codes of practices and good hygiene practices to ensure they are efficient and effective in day to day operations.

An easy to understand detailed report will provide realistic recommendations, advice, and guidance to enable a suitable action plan to be created

Supplier audits include premise audit, assessment of systems, storage and delivery methods, tracetability and recall procedures, controls and documentation compliance

Review of your businesses practices and procedures to ensure the safety of your team, clients, guests and suppliers

  • Water Safety to cover water sources, legionella, swimming pools, spa & saunas, beach and boat safety
  • Safe systems of work - Manual handling, chemical usage and general working practices
