A complete end to end assessment of farm to fork, is undertaken, to evaluate the entire food safety process of your operation to identify and reduce potential contamination hazards and risks. We observe, analyse, and establish the effectiveness of food flow in the current systems of the daily operation to identify issues and training needs 

We offer practical and realistic guidance, on implementing and maintaining hygienic, safe working practices, processes, and procedures in line with FDA regulations, corporate standards and legislation, through audits, observations and targeted questioning.
