FHC Maldives always supports local talent, and were delighted when Chef Aminath Hameed and Chef Mohamed Adil were featured by The Islandchief after their culinary collaboration At Salt Cafe and Restaurant in Male.
This culinary duo collaborated for a one-night only ‘4 HANDS DINNER’ experience - a gastronomic event of the highest caliber at the Salt Café and Restaurant in Malé. This time, they together crafted a fabulous 7 course dinner menu using the world’s finest ingredients for this exclusive dinner event. The islandchief had the pleasure of meeting them for an exclusive interview and they surely spoiled our taste buds.
