FHC Maldives (Food Hygiene Consultants) was created in 2016, to raise the awareness, understanding, standards and practices of Hygiene and Food Safety across the food and hospitality industry within the Maldives, and provide a unique and individual service to all businesses irrespective of size.

 

Mission

To provide guidance and knowledge on hygiene and sanitation, food safety, HACCP, infection prevention and control, health and safety standards, practices and procedures in a manner to enable a reliable, consistent and sustainable behavioural change.
